Where do you sell?

A WOMAN YOUR AGE merchandise is sold exclusively through our shop. Sales fund the operational costs of the site.

 

Do you ship Internationally?

Our merchandise currently ships only within the United States and Canada.

 

What methods of payments do you accept?

Credit card payments are processed via PayPal (a PayPal account is not required).

 

Is you website secure?

Yes. We have SSL certificates which provide a secure connection, and encrypt sensitive information such as addresses and usernames.

 

When can I expect my order to ship?

Orders are custom made as received, and ship in 2-7 business days (transit time is additional).

 

What is your return policy?

Return inquiries should be made exclusively via the contact form here on the site. All other methods of communication (Instagram comments, tweets, etc) are unreliable, and your message will be missed. Thank you for understanding <3

Our Policy:

We are here to celebrate our Stardust Sisterhood, and want your purchase to bring you cosmic happiness ... so we accept returns for all defective, misprinted, or damaged goods. For packages lost in transit, claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. Please contact us within 30 days of placing your order regarding these claims.

Wrong Address – If an address is provided that is considered insufficient by the courier, the package(s) will be returned to our facility. Customers are responsible for reshipment costs on orders providing the wrong address.

Unclaimed – For packages that go unclaimed are returned to our our fulfillment facility, customers are responsible for the cost of a reshipment.

Returned by Customer – As our products and prints are custom made for each individual’s order, we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or for wrong orders being placed. Examples of wrong orders are, but not limited to : ordering the wrong size, item, color, etc. Due to custom fulfillment of each order, exchanges are not offered.

All returns need to be verified prior to shipping.

Although we strive for a prompt response, please allow 24 business hours for a reply.

Business hours are 8AM – 5PM, Monday through Friday (central time).
